Keeping it Clean

Ever get nail polish residue around the rim of the bottle of nail polish, making it hard to get the bottle to open?  Not for long!  With a few household items, this will no longer be an issue.  I hope this makes your life easier, as it did mine.
What you'll need:

-Nail polish remover (I like to use pure acetone, quicker and easier)
-Cotton balls/pads
-Vaseline
-Cotton swabs
First, you will soak a cotton ball/pad with nail polish remover.  Using the soaked cotton ball/pad, remove any and all nail polish residue from the rim of the bottle (remove polish from brush cap if necessary).

Next, dip the cotton swab into the vaseline.  Rub the cotton swab around the rim and lid.  This will allow you to screw and unscrew the cap, of the nail polish, easily.  It will also prevent the polish from drying around the rim, in the future.

There you go, Just like new!  Do you have any helpful tips or tricks that make polishing your nails easier?
